Our story
Born from a misadventure.
Most of our best memories come from the nights nothing went to plan. We call that a misadventure, and it is how the company started: with the discovery that local bakeries were throwing out perfectly good bread every single day.
Since launching in 2018 we have fermented and distilled those surplus baked goods into Misadventure Vodka, cutting food waste and our footprint with every bottle. The tasting room in Vista grew up around it: a cocktail bar, a kitchen and a patio where time slows down a little.
